To Configure the NT 4.0 RAS settings, Click Network from the Control Panel.
Click the Services Tab.
Highlight Remote Access Service and click Properties.
Click the Configure button.
Select Dial Out Only. Click OK.
Click on the Network Button.
Select only TCP/IP. Click OK all the way out and restart the computer.
