Go to the Apple Menu.MAC OS10 PPP Setup:
Go to the Apple Menu.
Click System Preferences.
Double-click on the Network icon.
Click on Configure and select Internal Modem.
Click on the PPP tab.
For Service Provider, type QuadNet.
For the Telephone Number type the telephone number for your area. Click here for your local dial-up number.
Type your QuadNet account name where it says Account Name.
Type your QuadNet Password for your account where it says Password.
Click Save Password.
Click on PPP Options....
Check Connect Automatically when starting TCP/IP applications.
Uncheck Prompt to stay connected if idle for [15] minutes.
Uncheck Disconnect if idle for [15] minutes.
Check Disconnect when user logs out.
Click on OK.
Click on the TCP/IP tab.
Click on Configure within the TCP/IP tab, and select Using PPP.
Click on Save.
